Erica Black, PRI, TCAP

Erica Black started in the auction industry as an auto auction block clerk in 1996. Working beside some of the best auctioneers, she was inspired to attend Texas Auction Academy (now known as America’s Auction Academy) in 2013 and received her Texas Auctioneer License immediately after graduation. Looking for ways to learn and improve on a professional and personal level, she attended the Professional Ringman Institute in 2015, and received the Texas Certified Auction Professional designation this year. She joined the America Can! Cars for Kids team in 2007 as a Dealer Liaison and is now the Vice President of Auctions. Doug Bradford, CAI, TCAP

Doug Bradford has been a licensed auctioneer since 2010, specializing in benefit/fundraising auctions, personal property auctions, and business liquidations. His passion is working with nonprofits to help them raise much needed funds for their worthy causes. In addition to completing the Texas Certified Auctioneer Professional program this August, he also achieved CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) designation in 2019, a three-year program considered one of the highest designations an auctioneer can achieve. He has also completed the training for the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) and the Auction Marketing Management (AMM) designation courses as well. He serves on the board of directors for the Texas Auctioneers Association. In 2016, he won the Texas State Champion Ringman competition. Charlie Bradshaw, GPPA, TCAP

Mr. Bradshaw was born and raised in a multi-generational farming and ranching family. He has been in the welding and construction industry for over 35 years, as well as continues to ranch in South Texas. He has substantial experience buying and selling equipment. He specializes in heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, tools, and personal property. Through Bradshaw Auctions, he extensively researches and is knowledgeable about a great array of all items. In addition to completing the Texas Certified Auctioneer Professional program this August, Mr. Bradshaw completed the Graduate Personal Property Appraiser course, an intensive 40 hour course focusing on appraisal methodology, standards and procedures, where he gained his designation certification. He has also completed the 15 hr. Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal (USPAP) qualification class along with being a proud professional member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Texas Auctioneers Association. Mr. Bradshaw is a member of the Brush Country Cowboy Church, along with his family, in George West, TX. Montie Davis, PRI, TCAP

Montie is currently serving as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Texas Auctioneers Association. He has worked in the auction industry for over 39 years and is the co-owner of the Davis Auction Group and Keller Self Storage. He is a graduate from Texas Auction Academy and Professional Ringmen’s Institute. He is the 2013 Texas State Champion Ringman, a two-time recipient of the TAA Leadership Award, and a TAA Hall of Fame member and past president. Montie is happily married to his wife of 34 years, Tracie, and throughout his achievements in the auction industry, they have raised eight wonderful children.

Tracie Davis, PRI, TCAP

Tracie has worked professionally in the auction industry for over fifteen years, graduating from Texas Auction Academy and Professional Ringmen’s Institute. She and her husband, Montie, of 34 years co-own the Davis Auction Group and Keller Self Storage serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. She has also served on the Texas Auctioneers Association Board of Directors and has been actively involved with her local Church, including teaching and speaking. John Eric “Bear” Hebert is an auctioneer in the GREAT state of Texas. He was attracted to the auction industry at a young age and became passionate about it.  Bear helped with numerous local benefits and then attained his auctioneers license in 2004.  He did not become focused on auctioneering until 2014 and attended the Texas Auction Academy and started working towards leaving his corporate job as a Safety Manager/Director and toward making his living in the auction industry. In 2016 he joined the Texas Auctioneers Association and won his first State Senior Champion competition in 2018. And placed in top 10 for State Champion Auctioneer. Bear is also a thirty-seven year member and a Vice President for the Pasadena Livestock Show and Rodeo. He is also a member of the NAA, Masonic Lodge 857 in La Porte, Texas and currently completed the Texas Certified Auctioneer professional program through the TAA. He married Becky in April of 2017 and they enjoy the family ranch near Yorktown, Texas as well as traveling, hunting, fishing, and working the cows. Dirk Van Reenen, TCAP

Dirk is the founder and CEO of USA Land and Ranch, LLC and Caprock Auction Group, both of Amarillo, TX. He is a licensed Realtor, the supervising agent of the Brokerage, and licensed Auctioneer and Ringman. Dirk is also TCAP certified as well as a member of the Professional Ringmen’s Institute. After completion of Agricultural school and military duty in South Africa, Dirk worked on a kibbutz in Ayelet HaShahar, Israel. He traveled Europe and briefly worked in England then worked in Minnesota. Returning to SA, Dirk farmed and ranched for 20 years before relocating to Texas. John is a first generation auctioneer. Licensed in January 1981, he has managed to work hard and make it through all the challenges that getting started and make a successful auction business specializing in the onsite auctions only of Real Estate, Heavy Equipment, Machinery, Vehicles, Business Liquidations, Quality Estates, Charity Events, and Contract Auctioneer. He is the 2009 Texas State Champion Auctioneer and a Member of The Texas Auctioneers Hall of Fame. He sees the importance of Continuing Education and networking at the TAA Convention each year. Stan’s love for the auction business started at a very young age going with my grandfather and father to farm and animal auctions. I began my lifelong dream of becoming an auctioneer after working as a farmer and rancher in Olton, Texas. I am a 2009 graduate of the Texas Auction Academy and from there I joined the Texas Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association, the Fellowship of Christian Auctioneers International and the Texas Self Storage Association. This opened the door to attend and graduate from the Bootcamp For Benefit Auctioneers and Professional Ringman Institute.
